In 1994 [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quintet_(company)|Quintet]] and [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ancient_(company)|Ancient]] released a game through [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enix|Enix]] for the [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Super_Nintendo_Entertainment_System|SNES]] of [[https://www.nintendo.com|Nintendo]] that does not take itself too serious. The Japanese title and cover art clearly addresses a younger audience as **Slapstick**. For the US release the game was renamed to **Robotrek** and advertised as somewhat a SF game. The character of the game hasn't changed and the sometimes hilarious English translation does only emphesise **Slapstick**'s original intention. | |
