  - Go talk to [[:robotrek:characters#nagisa|Nagisa]]
  - [[:robotrek:map:major_s_house|Mayor's House]]: Talk to the [[robotrek:characters#mayor:|Mayor]]
  - [[:robotrek:map:hero_s_house|Hero's House]]: Talk to [[:robotrek:characters#dr_akibarah|Akibarah]]
  - Read red book and learn how to make robots.
  - Go talk to [[:robotrek:characters#nagisa|Nagisa]]. She shows you the [[:robotrek:invent|R&D room]].
  - Make your first robot. This opens the road to [[:robotrek:map:father_s_house_outside|Father's House]].
  - [[:robotrek:characters#nagisa|Nagisa]] gives you the {{:robotrek:item:transceiver.png?nolink}} [[:robotrek:item:transceiver|Transceiver]]. You can now save the game.
  - [[:robotrek:map:father_s_house_inside|Father's House]]: Overhear conversation between [[:robotrek:characters#dr_akibarah|Akibarah]] and a hacker.
  - [[:robotrek:characters#dr_akibarah|Akibarah]] gives you the {{:robotrek:item:horn.png?nolink}} [[:robotrek:item:horn|Surprise Horn]]
  - Leave the house. A scripted battle against a single [[:robotrek:enemy:commander_hat|Commander]] will start.
