Once you reach step (25) on [[:robotrek:quest:main_fortress|Fortress]] you can enter the [[:robotrek:map:tool_shop_past|Shop]] in [[:robotrek:map:rococo_past|old Rococo]] and give the owner 5000 GP to restock his newly opened business.

By doing so, you get a 50% discount on all his stock.
