Missing Katrina

Once you get the Blimp after Snow Mountain, Step 16, you can fly to the Chicken Farm. Talk to the farmer inside. His favoured hen, Katrina, is missing.

Equip Relay and search behind the house. Katrina will complain that the farmer is over-protective. But, she will follow you into the house. The Farmer is happy, Katrina is happy, everyone is happy. You'll get Blade 2.
