After Sewers

  1. Talk to Meta Crab.
  2. Talk to one of the kids twice.
  3. Talk to Meta Crab again.
  4. Talk to the fisherman in his hut. This puts the boat at the pier.
  5. On the Harbor take the (right) boat to Snow Mountain.
  6. Leave Snow Harbor. This opens the path to Snow Mountain.
  7. Go through Snow Mountain climbing the wall. This opens the path to the Airbase
  8. Airbase, Part 1: Get the key (1) to open the door to Part 2.
  9. Part 3: Equip Change or Vanish to pass the guard. Then change back when standing at the table in the empty spot.
  10. A scripted fight against some airbase commanders happens. Meta Crab gives you the Leader's Badge.
  11. Part 4: Equipt the Leader's Badge and talk to the guard.
  12. Design Room: Talk to Carl's father twice. He'll give you a Letter for Carl.
  13. Go back to Rococo and into Carl's house. Equip the Letter and talk to Carl.
  14. Before you leave, Carl will give you a note for his father.
  15. Go back to the airbase to the Design Room. Equip the Lithography and talk to Carl's father. You'll get the Blimp.
