After Clock Tower.

1. Harbor: Talk to the guide and take the (left) boat to the southern island.
2. Pier: Talk to the guide. This opens the path to the Village.
3. Village: Talk to Mint, the Elder and the guy at the Inn.
4. Sleep (in the left bed).
5. Talk to the guide. (Guy close to the village entrance.) This opens the path to the volcano top.
6. Volcano top: Talk to the guide and make your way through the crater to the conveyor belt area.
7. Conveyor: To the the toilet, promise to say nothing. This allows you to enter the office area.
8. Office: Listen to the conversation at the “boss door”.
9. Conveyor: Back to the toilet and meet with Kotetsu. He opens the way through trash chute into another part of the volcano.
10. Continue through the volcano into the village via the shaman's hut.
11. Village: Talk to the Elder. Climb into the chest.
12. Office: Take the Key. That will open the door to the Lunchroom.
13. Conveyor: To the the toilet. Talk to Mint. Ride the (right) toilet to the Lower Floor.
14. Lower Floor: Search the wall where the door to the secret lab is. Go back up to Conveyor and talk to Mint again.
15. Conveyor: Equip the Key and enter the Lunchroom area.
16. Lunchroom: Talk to the right hacker waiting in line. Which is Kotetsu. He'll tell you about the Glasses. This enables the food catering.
17. Talk to the chef. He'll ask you to delivery food to the scientists in the R&D.
18. Go through the Treasure area, R&D East to R&D West.
19. R&D West: Read the red book. This teaches you how to make Glasses.
20. Make a pair of Glasses.
21. Go all the way back to the Lower Floor, equip the Glasses and enter the secret lab.
22. Secret Lab: Unequip the Glasses and read the red book. Dr. Einst turns you into a mouse.
23. Lower Floor: Go through the Mouse hole to the earthquake machine. Talk to Mint four times.
24. Kotetsu enters. Talk to Mint three times then talk to Kotetsu.
25. Back to Treasure Area: Enter the Mouse hole and talk to one of the mice.
26. Lunchroom: Fight the commander tasks with cleaning.
27. Talk to the mouse next to the door to get the earthquake machine combination.
28. Return to the mouse hole from before and talk to the mice. Then enter the money room and grab the 5000 GP for Kotetsu.
29. Return to the earthquake machine and talk to Kotetsu.
30. Go to the Secret Lab and talk to Kotetsu.
31. Enter the combination (RRRLL) in the earthquake machine.
32. Leave the room. You and Mint flee to the crater.
33. Go back through the crater, to the top of the volcano and back in the village.
